Welcome to the Six Burner Bistro
Six Burner Bistro is located in an 1850s farmhouse on South Main Street in Plymouth, NH.
The dining room consists of 3 small intimate rooms with a cozy gas fireplace in the main dining room. Our Pub is quaint and friendly with high top tables and a large gas fireplace. The second floor houses an additional small pub and event space seating up to 50 guests or 100 people for cocktail receptions.
The upstairs pub is open Friday & Saturday evenings for dinner unless it has been booked for a private event. Outdoor seating is available on a covered front porch during the warmer months and always works on a first come, first served basis.
Our amazing new chef Sam still uses locally raised beef and shops daily for the freshest produce gathered from farms in the Plymouth area. If you're wondering about Chef Rob, he followed his dreams and opened a food truck in Woodstock, NH called StrEatz. We all wish him the best of luck!
What our customers are saying
Great restaurant in Plymouth, NH. Went here a few nights ago for dinner and the meal was excellent. We had started wtih the fried oysters (an appetizer special) that were tasty, but nothing extraordinary. The main courses were a different story - in a very positive way. I had the special - Italian sausage and shrimp over linguine with a red clam sauce. My wife had the veal scallopini. Both dishes were flavorful and served hot. This attested to both the skill of the chef and the servers in timing. My cocktail (vodka martini with blue cheese olives) was also very good. This was the first place my wife and I went to exactly one year ago after closing on our new house in New Hampshire. Took us a while to get back here, but it will definitely be on our regular restaurant circulation list going forward. Thanks to the team at Six Burner Bistro for an excellent experience!
WOW over the top! The entrees were outstanding, the drinks were made to perfection and the atmosphere was warm and inviting while service was top notch. Thank you Kiya for your warm, attentive and caring service.
Did not have a reservation but happily accommodated us at a high top in bar area. Bartender , Bob took care of us. Man of few words was delightful and took very good care of us. Food was really good. Pear prosciutto appetizer, house salad, fresh warm bread with flavored butter, chicken achiote and rice noodles bowl with tofu as entrees. Tofu was on crispy side like a chip but I soaked it in the lemon basil broth. Everything was great. Plus it's located in a charming old house with different dining rooms. Definitely recommend, plus there's parking.
This house-turned restaurant is quite a nice place for lunch. Fast ~10min service and food tastes great. I had the Bistro Burger. Seems to be a popular place among older people, just FYI.
